The story of Bulles & Bonheur is above all that of a couple, Élodie and Fabrice. She's a passionate winemaker, and he's a former rugby player who's turned his hand to the world of Champagne. In 2017, together, they opened Bulles & Bonheur - Le Bar à Champagne and La Demeure d'Élodie - L'Appartement d'hôtes at 73 Avenue de Champagne in Épernay. By the summer of 2023, eager to offer their guests an even more complete experience, they began renovating 71 at the same address.
