Description
Viticulture: Vineyard certified organic, ploughed by horse
Vinification: No chaptalization, indigenous yeasts, fermentation and ageing in oak barrels (from our Ecueil family wood), no filtering or fining, use of only natural grape sugar for foaming and disgorging.
Ageing: on lees after bottling in April 2008
Limited production: 1,980 bottles
Tasting advice: Aperitif Champagne and gourmet Champagne.
