The label for this edition features Élodie at the heart of her Écueil vineyard. It highlights the estate’s environmental practices: the horse representing horse-drawn ploughing, which has been practiced for 7 generations, and the sheep symbolizing the passage of livestock through the vines (eco-pasturing) during the winter and the birth of the estate’s own livestock.
