"The story of my family has been written in the vineyards of Écueil, Premier Cru, for 11 generations - including 4 generations of women. I took over from my great-grandmother Clémentine, who passed on her passion for vines and wine to my grandmother Hélène-Rose, and then to my mother, Marie-Christine. Each generation has brought something unique, as viticulture and oenology continue to evolve... And today, it's my turn to perpetuate this tradition, with the same devotion.

For over 20 years, I have cultivated this land with respect, seeking to express the full richness of our terroir. As a pioneer in the village of Écueil, I chose to revive ancestral methods of plowing and natural grass cover - practices that preserve soil vitality and enhance the expression of our grape varieties. In the cellar, I prefer to age my wines in oak barrels, a traditional technique that gives them incomparable complexity and finesse.

Each bottle of ELODIE D. Champagne is the result of years of dedication and meticulous care. It's an ode to our terroir, our history and to all the extraordinary women who came before me."
